Los recursos para atender los gastos que requieran el Consejo Nacional y los Consejos Seccionales, para el cumplimiento de la presente ley se obtendrán de los fondos que se recauden por concepto de donaciones, aportes, inscripciones y otros recursos que provengan del desarrollo de sus funciones.
