Cajanal EICE en Liquidación deberá poner a disposición de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social - UGPP las bases de datos, los aplicativos y la información completa y necesaria para que esta última entidad pueda ejercer cabalmente sus competencias. Además deberá hacer entrega a la UGPP, de los expedientes pensionales unificados, en la forma y plazos que se acuerden entre las dos entidades.
