El servicio de colonización procederá a formar el mapa de los terrenos baldíos, con indicación de situación, extensión, temperatura, distancias de los centros de consumo, vías de comunicación existentes, cominos que deban construirse para facilitar su exposición comercial, cultivos para que son aptos dichos baldíos, y de todas las circunstancias informativas que se ordenen en el decreto reglamentario de esta ley.
