º El Fondo Especial de la Secretaría de Integración Popular, estará administrado y dirigido por una Junta Directiva, conformada de la siguiente manera: - El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, quien la presidirá, o su delegado. - El Ministro de Gobierno o su delegado. - El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado. - El Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su delegado. - El Consejero Presidencial para la Reconciliación, Normalización y Rehabilitación o su delegado. - El Secretario de Integración Popular, quien tendrá voz pero no voto.
