El Gobierno Nacional incorporará en su presupuesto los recursos de que trata la presente Ley de acuerdo con los programas que para el efecto someta a su consideración el Gobierno Municipal de Vélez en los cuales deberá mostrar un aporte local por lo menos equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del costo total de los mismos.
