ARTICULO 24. FECHAS DE ASCENSOS. Los ascensos de los oficiales se producirán solamente en los meses de junio y diciembre y los del nivel ejecutivo y suboficiales en los meses de marzo y septiembre de cada año. Las disposiciones que confieren el primer grado dentro de la jerarquía respectiva, podrán dictarse en cualquier tiempo.
