Artículo segundo. De las partidas anteriormente distribuidas, las respectivas Juntas Organizadoras de las mencionadas Ferias-Exposiciones Agropecuarias, deberán adquirir los trofeos necesarios, los cuales portarán la leyenda "Ministerio de Agricultura", y deberán dedicar uno a l mejor expositor agrícola y otro al mejor expositor pecuario, y los restantes a libre adjudicación a juicio de la Junta Organizadora o de los jueces del concurso, si los hubiere.
