º DE LAS SOCIEDADES CON PARTICIPACION OFICIAL MENOR DEL CINCUENTA Y UNO POR CIENTO. Las sociedades en las que los Departamentos tengan participación inferior al Cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) de su capital social, se someterán a las reglas que prevean los actos que autoricen su creación o la participación departamental y el respectivo contrato social, en todo lo atinente a su régimen jurídico y administrativo.
