º . Competencia . Con el fin de dar cumplimiento al artículo 62 de la Ley 788 de 2002, la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales remitirá a los departamentos o al Distrito Capital, según el caso, los expedientes contentivos de las actuaciones adelantadas hasta el 26 de diciembre de 2002 respecto del impuesto al consumo de cervezas.
