Crease una plaza de Magistrado para la Sala Civil del Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, y otra para la Sala Penal del mismo, con sus respectivos escribientes, empleados que empezaran a funcionar el 20 de enero de 1946. Cada una de estas fiscalías del Tribunal tendrá un nuevo Oficial, con el sueldo actual.
