La suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) destinada por el artículo 6° de la Ley 171 de 1936 para el Congreso Internacional de Ingenieros que se celebrará en la capital de la República con ocasión del cincuentenario de la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros, será manejada por el Tesorero de esta entidad, y de su inversión se rendirá cuenta a la Contraloría General de la República.
