Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para que de la partida votada con destino a gastos del servicio diplomático, pague al señor doctor Ricardo Becerra, Ministro de la República en los Estados Unidos, el medio sueldo que le corresponde por causa de enfermedad.

Esta concesión durará por el tiempo que el Gobierno lo juzgue conveniente.
