°. Direccionamiento del crédito cubierto por la garantía. La utilización de los recursos de crédito otorgados con la garantía contemplada en el presente decreto en propósitos distintos del mejoramiento de vivienda, conllevará la terminación inmediata de la garantía, así como las consecuencias previstas en el artículo 311 del Código Penal, sobre “Aplicación fraudulenta de crédito oficialmente regulado”.
