Dentro de los cinco (5) días posteriores a su aprobación, el plan de premios se remitirá a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud o la entidad que haga sus veces, anexando el ejercicio elaborado para calcular la relación entre emisión y ventas de billetes, junto con los estimativos, operaciones, estudios, análisis y demás documentos en los que se soportó su elaboración.
