Contra los actos que ordenen la suspensión provisional, la suspensión o la destitución de un gobernador o de un alcalde, procederá el recurso de reposición en el efecto devolutivo, el cual deberá interponerse dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de los mismos y resolverse por el funcionario competente en un plazo igual.
