Art. 1.° Fíjase en $ 3,193-27 1/2 es el crédito implícito contenido en el inciso 6,° artículo 1.° del contrato de 6 de junio de 1871, inserto en el artículo 860 del Código fiscal, para pagar al Gobierno del Estado soberano de Antioquia la mitad del déficit que hubo en las operaciones de la Casa de Moneda de Medellin, en el tiempo corrido de julio de 1872 a junio de 1874. Este crédito es imputable al Departamento de Gastos de Hacienda, Capítulo 12, Monedas (material), del Presupuesto de la vijencia en curso, en el cual se incluirá al hacer la segunda liquidación.
