Ley 911 de 2004 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones en materia de responsabilidad deontológica para el ejercicio de la profesión de Enfermería en Colombia; se establece el régimen disciplinario correspondiente y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Al rendir descargos, el profesional de enfermería implicado por sí mismo o a través de su representante legal, podrá aportar y solicitar al Tribunal Departamental Etico de Enfermería las pruebas que considere convenientes para su defensa, las que se decretarán siempre y cuando fueren conducentes, pertinentes y necesarias.

De oficio, la Sala Probatoria del Tribunal Departamental Etico de Enfermería, podrá decretar y practicar las pruebas que considere necesarias y las demás que estime conducentes, las cuales se deberán practicar dentro del término de veinte (20) días hábiles.
