º . Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo que antecede, la indemnización que decrete el juez se pagará así

1.

El veinte por ciento (20%) en dinero efectivo; y

2.

El ochenta por ciento (80%) restante, en bonos a quince (15) años que emita el Fondo de Reconstrucción RESURGIR cuyas características serán señaladas por la Junta Monetaria,

Parágrafo

La emisión de los bonos a que se refiere el presente artículo se regirá por lo previsto en el artículo 11 del Decreto 3406 de 1985.
