Ley 107 de 1994 · Por la cual se reglamenta el artículo 41 de la Constitución Nacional y se dictan otras disposiciones

Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para crear en asocio con entidades particulares, un organismo sin ánimo de lucro que opere como Banco de Datos de Información Jurídica. Este Banco de Datos estará abierto a todas las personas naturales y jurídicas, públicas y privadas, y podrá cobrar por los servicios que preste.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para hacer los aportes que sean necesarios para el funcionamiento del mencionado Banco de Datos.
