Art. 1.° Desde el próximo año escolar en adelante no será matriculado ningun alumno en las Escuelas superiores de Injeniería, Ciencias Naturales, Medicina i Jurisprudencia, sin haber obtenido previamente el grado de Bachiller en Literatura, o en Literatura i Filosofía, según el caso.
