Modificación de las expensas. Las expensas también podrán ser modificadas por factores diferentes a la inflación esperada, de conformidad con la información en poder del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico o de los municipios o distritos obligados por el Decreto 2150 de 1995 a implantar la figura del curador urbano. En estos casos, el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico deberá impartir nuevamente su aprobación a las expensas que cobren las curadurías urbanas.
