Artículo octavo. De las reclamaciones y solicitudes de nulidad que se promuevan por razón de actos sindicales contemplados en el presente Decreto, conocerá el Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical. La apelación contra lo resuelto por dicho Departamento se surtirá ante el Ministro del Trabajo. El procedimiento para la tramitación de estos asuntos será el gubernativo señalado en el Código Contencioso Administrativo (artículo 74 y siguientes, Ley 167 de 1941).
