Las personas que padezcan enfermedades infectocontagiosas no podrán Intervenir en el manejo o manipulación de la carne. Tampoco podrán hacerlo aquellas personas de quienes se sospeche el padecimiento de enfermedades susceptibles de transmitirse por la carne o presenten heridas o cualquier otra afección que pueda contaminar directa o indirectamente la carne.
