Art 3°. Para los efectos espresados se pagará del Tesoro nacional al señor doctor Aguilar la cantidad de ochocientos posos ($ 800), como viáticos de ida i regreso, i la de docientos pesos ($ 200) mensuales, durante un año, desde que se ponga en marcha.
