º Decreto de pruebas . Vencido el termino previsto del artículo anterior, el instituto decreta la práctica de las pruebas conducentes y ordenara, si no se hubiere solicitado, la realización de una inspección ocular con el objeto de establecer, entre otros aspectos, los linderos del inmueble y la presencia en el de terceros, y en este caso, precisando la condición jurídica bajo la cual estos adelantan la explotación, el tiempo de permanencia y área ocupada.
