El Poder Ejecutivo mandará pagar en dinero sonante, por cuenta de este crédito, dos sueldos i una suma igual al monto total de las raciones diarias que debieron abonarse al agraciado, según las disposiciones vijentes en la época determinada en el artículo 1.° El resto será cubierto en bonos flotantes, del tres por ciento, de la clase correspondiente.
