° Durante el año de 1938 las partidas, mensuales para gastos de las oficinas consulares ád honórem de la República, serán las mismas fijadas por Decreto número 3 de 7 de enero de 1937, con excepción de los Consulados en Baltimore. Glasgow y Puerto Limón, los cuales, por Decretos números 1252, 2194 y 5, de fechas 5 de julio y 21 de diciembre de 1937 y 5 de enero de 1938, respectivamente, fueron elevados a la categoría de Consulados remunerados.
