TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.28.6. Seguimiento. La Vicepresidencia de la República podrá adelantar evaluaciones, sondeos y estadísticas sobre el desarrollo de los procesos de selección públicos abiertos establecidos en el presente Título, con el propósito de garantizar su eficiencia y transparencia.

Así mismo, en desarrollo de su función de lucha contra la corrupción, podrá recibir las quejas relacionadas con el incumplimiento de las disposiciones señaladas en este decreto y de las irregularidades que se presenten en el proceso de selección, para ponerlas en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes.
