Designación de pares académicos. Dentro de los cinco días hábiles siguientes a la presentación en debida forma de la solicitud, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional designará el par o pares académicos para la evaluación correspondiente.

(Decreto 2216 de 2003, artículo 6°).
