Artículo único. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, la tarifa y demás disposiciones sobre telegramas de prensa, serán aplicables a los despachos que se dirijan a los servicios noticiosos e informativos de las estaciones de radiodifusión telefónica, que contengan noticias de interés general destinadas a la publicidad, siempre que sean introducidos por corresponsales debidamente acreditados, y que los citados servicios noticiosos e informativos hagan transmisiones diarias, a horas fijas, previamente determinadas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
