º. Cumplida la notificación personal y vencido el término para la interposición del recurso a que hace referencia el artículo anterior sin que se hubiese interpuesto dicho recurso, o resuelto éste en forma desfavorable al recurrente, se procederá a la inmediata demolición del inmueble. Si no fuere posible hacer la notificación personal de que tratan los artículos anteriores, y habida cuenta del peligro que representa el inmueble, se procederá a su inmediata demolición.
