Normas complementarias. En los aspectos no regulados en la presente sección se aplicarán las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994, las Leyes 776 de 2002, 1562 de 2012 y demás disposiciones que las modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
