° En los meses de enero y julio de cada año, el Superintendente Bancario elaborará el presupuesto de contribuciones y egresos correspondiente al respectivo semestre, y lo someterá a la aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. En dicho presupuesto figurarán las contribuciones a cargo de los establecimientos bancarios y demás entidades vigiladas, y el detalle de los gastos que deban atenderse con el monto de esas contribuciones.
