Artículo noveno. De conformidad con el artículo 4º de la Ley 147 de 1936, las Gobernaciones de los Departamentos señalarán la época de veda para la pesca en las diversas regiones del Departamento, siguiendo las instrucciones que al efecto se enviarán por la Sección de Pesca y Caza del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional. El Gobierno señalará las épocas de veda en los ríos interdepartamentales y en los de las Intendencias y Comisarías.
