De la prohibición de arrojar residuos de tanque de combustible . Queda prohibido arrojar dentro del puerto o aguas jurisdiccionales colombianas, residuos de tanque de combustibles, aguas de sentinas, aguas de lavado de tanques de combustible y similares o cualesquiera otro material o sustancia que produzca o sea fuente o causa de polución o contaminación.
