IDENTIFICACION SANITARIA. Todas las aves destinadas al consumo público deberán tener identificación sanitaria, expedida por las autoridades competentes, la cual se conservará hasta su expendio. El Ministerio de Salud reglamentará lo relacionado con esta identificación.
