° De conformidad con el artículo 9° de la Ley 263 de 1938, los empleados de las oficinas telegráficas y mixtas, de las oficinas telefónicas y de las estaciones inalámbricas dependientes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, gozan de doble asignación en el mes de diciembre de cada año, siempre que hubieren trabajado en el ramo, inmediatamente antes, por lo menos durante seis meses continuos, o sea desde el 1° de junio anterior, sin interrupción. Los Visitadores e Inspectores y los guardalíneas de telégrafos y teléfonos no están incluidos en el doble sueldo de diciembre, aunque figuren en las nóminas de las oficinas.
