Art. 89. El Presidente dará lectura al registro de los documentos recibidos por los claveros hasta las doce del día siguiente al de las votaciones, y los pondrá de manifiesto al Jurado.

En seguida procederá a abrir uno a uno los registros de las votaciones, pero no se abrirá otro pliego hasta que no hayan sido computados los votos del anterior, ni serán abiertos ni computados tales registros cuando se hubieren recibido pasada ya la hora indicada en este artículo.
