Articulo 15. Las sustancias a que se refiere este Decreto y las jeringuillas y agujas para inyecciones hipodérmicas no podrán importarse por paquete postal. Exceptúanse las destinadas a hospitales y casas de salud, las cuales podrán ser importadas por encomienda postal, mediante autorización del respectivo Director de Higiene y Asistencia Pública. La Dirección Nacional de Higiene podrá también autorizar la importación, por encomienda postal, de jeringas y agujas destinadas a uso dental .v a uso veterinario, siempre que a su juicio estas últimas no puedan aplicarse para la inyección de narcóticos, y que las de dentistería no puedan destinarse a uso distinto del de la aplicación de anestésicos en cirugía dentaria.
