º. De los servicios. Los servicios que presta el Guía Turístico o Cicerone consisten en

Acompañar al turista o grupo de turistas mientras dure la excursión a su cargo.

Prestar al turista, mientras dure la excursión a su cargo, la asistencia necesaria en los trámites y diligencias que deba cumplir ante las autoridades o particulares.

Informar debidamente al turista sobre los diversos aspectos de interés de los sitios que visitan.

Prevenir en lo posible las eventualidades que puedan afectar al turista en su persona o bienes. III. De la capacitación o formación
