Art. 5.° En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 3.° i para que se dé principio a la ejecucion de las obras a que se refiere el 2.° de la espresada lei, el Poder Ejecutivo pondrá a disposicion de la Junta hasta veinte mil pesos, que son imputables al Presupuesto vijente.
