Es forzoso el retiro de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional cuando cumplan las siguientes edades en los grados: Para los Oficiales y Suboficiales de los Servicios se aumentarán en diez (10) años las edades previstas en este artículo, sin que puedan sobrepasar los sesenta y cinco (65) años los Oficiales y los sesenta y tres (63) los Suboficiales.
