Las autoridades sanitarias, civiles y militares cuidaran igualmente de que las disposiciones contenidas en este decreto y demás en vigor, se cumplan en forma debida en los centros y establecimientos sometidos a su jurisdicción y deberán dar cuenta a la jefatura de la policía sanitaria nacional, para los fines del caso, de cuantas circunstancias consideren de interés, relacionadas con el uso y el abuso de los tóxicos.
