ARTICULO 2° De conformidad con el Decreto número 2283 del 7 de octubre de 1989, el Consejo de Administración de Justicia distribuirá mediante acuerdos los cargos de la planta de personal creada por el citado Decreto. Las autoridades nominadoras correspondientes, incorporarán a los funcionarios cuyos cargos se suprimen por el presente Decreto, a la Dirección Nacional y Oficinas Seccionales de la Carrera Judicial, sin necesidad de nueva posesión ni verificación de requisitos.
