Autorízase al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafin, para capitalizar al Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en la suma de trescientos mil millones de pesos moneda legal ($300.000.000.000) mediante la suscripción de treinta billones (30.000.000.000.000) de acciones ordinarias cada una de valor nominal de un centavo moneda legal ($0.01), una vez se surta el proceso de saneamiento del IFI.
