Art. 67. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones contrarias á las del presente, y los Decretos números 866 y 953, de 28 de Mayo y 18 de Junio últimos, sobre Timbre Departamental. Este Decreto empezará a regir el día l.° de Abril próximo venidero. Comuníquese y publíquese.
