° Exceptuase del procedimiento señalado en el artículo 9° del Decreto 2812 de 1945 las cuotas de afiliación de que trata el inciso b) del artículo 6° del decreto 1600 del mismo año. Estas cuotas serán descontadas por los pagadores respectivos aplicados los preceptos contenidos en a circular 183, dictada por la Contraloría General de la Republica el 16 de agosto del año en curso.
