De la obligación de rendir información . Todas las entidades involucradas en el Programa Integrado de Sanidad Portuaria tienen la obligación de rendir en todos los niveles y áreas la información requerida por el Subsistema Nacional Unico de Sanidad Portuaria. Igualmente prestarán la colaboración obligatoria para la elaboración del Manual Integrado de Normas y Procedimientos para la aplicación del presente Decreto y demás disposiciones complementarias.
