Medidas preventivas de la toma de posesión. Constituyen medidas preventivas de la toma de posesión:

Programa de desmonte progresivo.

Vigilancia especial.

Recapitalización.

Administración fiduciaria

Cesión total o parcial de activos, pasivos y contratos y enajenación de establecimientos de comercio a otra institución.

Fusión.

Programa de recuperación.

Transformación en sociedades anónimas por parte de personas jurídicas sin ánimo de lucro.

Exclusión de activos y pasivos.
