Servidores Beneficiados Con La Indemnización

Servidores beneficiados con la indemnización. La indemnización calculada conforme a los artículos anteriores será pagada a los trabajadores oficiales y a todos los funcionarios inscritos en carrera administrativa, cuyos empleos o cargos sean suprimidos con motivo de la reestructuración, de la CVC, siempre y cuando se encuentren vinculados a la Corporación en la fecha de la supresión.

Parágrafo

Sólo tendrán derecho a indemnización aquellos funcionarios que no sean incorporados a la nueva planta de personal de la CVC.
